Educator Workforce Resourcing

Our two workforce resourcing partners give schools access to the largest education workforce outside of the Department for Education. This large talent pool of teaching and learning support staff relieves schools’ workforce pressures, positively impacts pupil attainment and offers senior leaders more flexibility. Every year we provide thousands of educators for a variety of important roles, including:

  • Permanent positions
  • In-school tutoring
  • Long-term temporary roles
  • Short-term supply cover
  • Specialist SEN Support

Our two workforce resourcing partners are Britain’s market leaders, working with over 8,000 schools across the country every academic year.
