Our workforce resourcing businesses, Teaching Personnel and Protocol Education, provide a range of staffing services to schools. Over the past two decades they have worked with over 50% of all schools across England & Wales supplying teachers and learning support staff on a permanent and temporary basis.
Our combined businesses make Supporting Education Group the largest provider of flexible education professionals to UK schools. We see this as a responsibility and an opportunity. A flexible workforce attracts talent into schools, supports high impact pupil intervention and ongoing school improvement. The impact of this can be felt across our society and we are extremely proud of the role we play.
We also provide school leaders with access to professional qualifications and training through our CPD businesses, Best Practice Network and Thrive. From National Professional Qualifications to whole-school approaches to pupil wellbeing, we help school leaders deliver their workforce professional development goals.
From HR and legal advice to financial management and ICT support, the range of professional services provided through Judicium Education and School Business Services help schools to run efficiently, leaving headteachers free to focus on strategy, leadership and providing the very best education to their learners.
Alternative Providers of Education
Fleet Tutors, Teaching Personnel and Protocol Education have been supporting alternative providers of education for many years. We provide staff and implement programmes that help alternative providers deliver vital education services to some of the most vulnerable young people in the UK. From additional support for ‘looked after children’ to tuition programmes for those excluded from mainstream education, this rewarding work is something we are immensely proud of and welcome enquiries from all providers eager to make a difference in this sector.
As well as delivering high-quality staffing support to schools, we provide services to parents seeking to increase the learning opportunities available to their children. Through our inTuition Clubs and Fleet Tutors we offer ‘centre based’ Maths & English tuition to primary aged children and a ‘full service’ private tutor offering from 11 plus to A level. Our tutor services are available face to face and online using modern learning centres, traditional home tutors and some of the most advanced tutoring software available.
As a collective we offer education professionals in the UK a truly flexible career. Our goal is to provide work opportunities when and where you want them. From ‘follow the sun’ online tuition bookings across the globe to three days a week in your local school, we provide it all. What’s more, we recognise education doesn’t stand still and value the importance of ongoing professional development. When you work through one of our businesses you will have access to professional development opportunities, courses and qualifications that will help you to reach your career goals.
